The Estonian Society for Animal Welfare has also launched a donation initiative “I love to help” in support of the SOS Animal Shelter Kiev shelter near Kiev. You can support the donation initiative here. (https://www.armastanaidata.ee/algatus/aitame-ukraina-loomi)
You can also check out the Eurogroup for Animals page, which lists some other organizations to donate to. For example, there are animal shelters in Romania that take in animals rescued from Ukraine.
Provide housing for the animals
The Estonian Agriculture and Food Board also announced that Estonia has relaxed the requirements for pets taken with Ukrainian war refugees. The requirements were relaxed in particular for dogs, cats and ferrets that do not meet one or more veterinary requirements, provided that the pet owner notifies the Agriculture and Food Authority (PTA) and the Tax and Customs Board. A pet is detained at the Estonian border only if the animal has clinical symptoms indicating an infectious disease or if the animal's health is endangered. If the country of destination of a non-compliant pet is Estonia, the animal will remain under the supervision of the PTA. If necessary, the PTA will determine both the isolation conditions of the animal and the time allowed for this purpose.
To conclude, refugees from Ukraine can come to Estonia with their pets. If you have the opportunity to offer a habitat where the animals are welcome, let Estonian Refugee Aid know about it through the form on their website.
Food and treatment
Various animal organizations in Estonia have started to lend a helping hand. For example, the Animal Rescue Group provides free food aid to pets of Ukrainian war refugees who have arrived in Estonia and cover their medical expenses if necessary. They are also ready to solve other animal problems on an ongoing basis.

5️⃣ Helping those who are wounded in war
The National Defense Promotion Foundation https://riigikaitse.ee/en/ collects donations to support the treatment of Ukrainians wounded in the current war situation in Ukraine. This includes also when wounded people are transported to any of the Estonian hospitals.
The National Defense Promotion Foundation, established by the Ministry of Defense and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has launched a charitable donation campaign in cooperation with the Estonian Reserve Officers' Association to support the treatment of victims of the Ukrainian war in Estonia or other allied countries.
Victims in Ukraine have been brought to the Estonian Defense Forces Health Center for rehabilitation treatment before, but due to military activity in Ukraine, an increase in the number of victims is inevitable, the foundation announced. Through donations, the foundation supports the treatment of persons who can be transported to medical institutions in Estonia or allied countries and who can be provided with medical care that is difficult to provide there given the local situation.
