We urge for supporting local leaders – future policymakers – as a basis for transformational post-war processes in Ukraine. To support these efforts, SUN partners with Future Development Agency and the Ukrainian Youth Fund to initiate an endowment fund.
We call it the Leaders Fund.
It’s a funding vehicle to accelerate the development of leaders, society, and Ukraine.
We support young activists across different areas of work: from healthcare to education & culture to better employment & economic growth to better institutions.
Using the profits from the fund, we will continuously and sustainably offer two services:
- Scholarships
- Mentorship
We have a track record.
What started as a pilot project in 2019 by our SUN Leaders Program Director Denys Andrushchenko and a Harvard graduate Kateryna Manoff, turned into a mentorship program backed by the European Endowment for Democracy.
Currently, we are on a mission to secure a 20M USD endowment fund.
