SUN Leaders Program supports the growth of young leaders of social initiatives in Ukraine, for long-term development of Ukraine.
It is a 6-months fellowship program that offers regular mentoring, meetings with experts, and a monthly stipend to cover personal or project expenses.
In 2024, 20 leaders are going through the program. In 2020, 3 leaders have successfully completed the program.
In 2025-2026, we aim to support 50 leaders.
To do so, we are fundraising €150,000 for monthly stipends for participants of the leadership program to strengthen their projects.
100% of your donations go to young leaders in the form of monthly stipends.

💁 Who will you be supporting?
Young leaders of social initiatives of Ukraine. They are committed and work on changing their community, region, and country for the better. Their projects are in the field of education, psychological health, ecology, journalism, youth activation.
- 🇺🇦 Ukrainians, based and implementing their projects in Ukraine
- 🪴 18-28 years old
- ✅ Projects already existing and showing some results (not idea stage)
- ↗️ Projects that are scalable
❓ Why support?
- 🚀 Have an impact on 1,000,000 people — this is how many people 50 leaders can support in the long run. Calculations are based on the previous leaders and their beneficiaries.
- 🪴 Develop youth —20 young leaders of social projects will go through a rich program and mentoring that will develop them as individuals. They will carry these skills with them in everything they do. Contribute to the development of responsible citizens, which Ukraine needs so much now.
- 🇺🇦 Support Ukraine — financial aid in the form of stipends will give leaders the opportunity to strengthen projects and help more people. This includes psychological assistance, youth activation, environmental protection. Some of the participants purposefully returned to Ukraine after living abroad to develop their home — you can support them in this.
- 💫 Join the community of changemakers — join a community of mentors, have access to a community of graduates who are future MPs and ministers 🏆
